NEW SWIMMING POOL AND FENCED YARD! Pet Friendly w/ Hot Tub, private pool and fenced yard. Looking for a getaway to the Island that boasts the accolade “2023 No. 1 Beach in the US”? Begin your adventures at The Boathouse! Located on the island`s golf cart-friendly west side (but still near the center of town) you’ll be close enough to walk to the Lighthouse, one-half block from the bay and four blocks to the ocean. From the expansive windows, your view includes a tad of the bay, reminding you that the bigger bay and gulf are calling. What a peaceful and private spot.

Great getaway, Clean and Easy

Great location, clean rooms and easy check in/out. Owners stayed in touch to ensure we had what we needed. Easy parking with kayaks and trailer, hang out in screened porch and cleaning station for the fish.

Colorful and Beachy

It has a very nice open floorplan with lots of windows which we loved. So nicely decorated in tropical colors. We enjoyed walking to the beach with our dog. The property is right around the corner from the view of the bay and the sunset. Very clean!

Excellent location for quiet getaway

Everything from the beginning process to the end was smooth and effortless. The home was perfect, both location and amenities. We miss the Gulf of Mexico and St. George Island and this home brought back great memories from years ago. Every detail was appreciated and we couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Just what we were looking for!

We were so surprised at how much we liked this house. The location was perfect, a quiet little spot just a few steps from the bay. We had a golf cart and it's such a quiet part of the island to cruise around, but still close to everything, including the beach. The furnishings were comfortable, stylish AND festive. The kayaks and bikes were a huge plus for us so we didn't have to lug ours down. We would give this a 6 rather than a 5 if the scale went that high! By the way, it was also a great deal for the price. Hard to find anything so nice for the price.

Great place at the beach!

My family and I enjoyed the close proximity to everything the island offers but also the seclusion and proximity to the bay. The house was clean which is a must and had everything we needed for our beach getaway. We will definitely be returning!
