It comes with free use of 2 kayaks (a one person and a two person) and 3 bikes to enjoy all the outdoor activities St. George has to offer. Contact us for arrangements. Located in the middle of the island, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Blue Parrot restaurant or Weber’s Little Donut Shop are in walking distance. The first level of this cozy condo features a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful views of the Gulf from your own private deck. A great way to relax and watch the dolphins! The second level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a private deck to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Community Pool and boardwalk are just steps away from the beautiful sandy white St George Island beach.

What a wonderful condo. This was our first visit to St. George. What a beautiful island. The condo was very clean and in a perfect beach front location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We cooked 3 meals and ate out 3 meals. You can walk to many restaurants. Very relaxing and quiet area. We are not party people, so the very slow pace was perfect for us Would highly recommend!!

The condo was great and spacious. Loved the 2 balconies facing the ocean. The kids loved using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The pool was nice to use after a long day on the beach. The whole property was nice and the groundscwere clean. I would definitely recommend staying in the Villas.
