Our room was very nice and very clean. The hallways are a bit dark and the carpets need a good cleaning. The breakfast was just okay; the usual hotel breakfast. The hotel staff was great.

Every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and helpful. The lobby, room, hallways and breakfast area were spotless. Our room with 2 queen beds was unexpectedly spacious. Check in was easy, check out simple snd quick. We loved it and would definitely go back!

The room we paid $600 had a bed with springs jabbing mother in law in the back. We were we told there was not a better option available and any discount or other offer need to be requested from management Monday. I saw as I checked out they could have offered a late check out or other local discounts and didn’t. Really disappointing to pay sooo much for a room to have this happen. Won’t stay there again.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work, nor did the ice machine on our floor. The shower head just produced a small trickle so it was hard to take a shower. The carpet in the halls was dirty (probably from the rubber wheels on the large baggage carts they had for hauling luggage. Not huge deal breakers but for $170 a night you'd expect things to work and be a little nicer. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
