This luxurious villa is thoughtfully furnished with all the upgrades you could wish for, boasting flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a comfortable retreat.

Whether you seek relaxation or wish to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find solace in the contemporary-style bedrooms, the partially covered outdoor patio, or gather with family and friends in one of the two family rooms.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this property is a haven for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Beautiful home. Excellent use of space. Could sleep at least 8, possibly more. Can seat 16-20 for dinner. Nice beach towels. Telescope in the closet upstairs. Heated pool and hot tub just out the front door and a beautiful pond just out the back. We saw a hare, roadrunners, and quail. 100% would stay again. I’ve stayed several places in the Ledges and this was my favorite so far.
