Shower wall pulling away from ceiling, bedroom wall at ceiling had huge gap which a large piece of wood was nailed up to cover it(?) or to keep it from separating more (?). Old, dirty, extremely used sofa in the room, chose Not to sit on it. Have stayed in nicer hotels for less money.

Horrible- Stains in sheets and room wasn’t correct

Didn’t have King Size Bed room which was booked months in advance. Said could give us Queen size but was a Full. Bed sheets had stains in them, no breakfast like photos show, overall just want not a good experience.

It was ok. The desk attendant was a nice man. When we got in the room, the bathroom door was off the bottim hinge and he came and helped fix it since there was no maintenance peson on site and he couldnt move us to a different room. No breakfast was out Sunday morning at 9am. I dont know if we missed it, but it didnt look like any had been out. 9am is early to end breakfast, imo.

The place is a certified dump. No common amenities, not even paper cups and no comfortable chair. As bad as the facilities were, the desk manager was rude and refused to provide help for a non working TV! He yelled at me for asking. Your company should not be associated with this place.

I would definitely stay there again. The stuff was really nice clean room and was able to sleep. There’s a grocery store in Kentucky fried chicken buffet McDonald’s all nearby close to the freeway. Bed was comfortable.

Last resort

Run down place, found a half smoked joint next to the phone that didn't work. They advertise laundry service but the dryer doesn't work and the laundry room belonged in one of the Saw movies. Random people showing up to use the pool that weren't staying there. The guy at the front desk was pretty chill but offered no apology or room switch after being informed of the half smoked joint left in the room. Overall, it was cheap for a reason.
