We’ve stayed at Rick’s other nearby property about eight times so we knew what to expect in this other unit.Large, well-laid-out condo with four real bedrooms (king/queen), perfect for a group of adults. Quieter than the highway-facing units, which made a noticeable difference.Kitchen is well stocked, everything you need plus extras like containers, spices, foil, ziplocks. BBQ works great. Plenty of other paper supplies throughout.Great setup for our MTB trips, easy access out, good-sized garage for bikes, lots of parking. Pool and hot tub are a short walk and kept very clean.Nice back patio, sun in the morning, shade later. Also found a great sunset spot 5 minutes away overlooking the golf course.Rick continues to be an excellent host. Highly recommend him and both of his properties

Spring Break

This property was perfect for our vacation home away from home for our spring break trip with our family. Senior Softball Tournament

Rick and Marci are wonderful hosts. We visited St. George for the Huntsman’s Senior Games. This condo was perfect for us. It is beautiful inside and totally stocked with whatever you would need. Another person staying with us is a double amputee (legs) and had some special needs. The main floor master bedroom and large bath/shower were perfect for her. Wonderful weekend getaway

This property is just as described and was a great place to stay. Our party consisted of 3 adult couples and one teenager. Each couple had their own room, as well as the teenager. The 2 1/2 baths provided enough showers and toilets for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The club house and pool area were clean. We loved having two pools and two hot tubs available. Rick was a great host and all communications from him were very friendly, clear, and timely. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's far enough away from the city so that it's not busy, but close enough to get anywhere you need to in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

First time using a VRBO lodging and it was great. After rising prices at the regional's resort lodging alternatives, I thought it time to try out this type of rooming for our annual trip. Owner was was very responsive to all questions I had prior to trip. Accommodations were fantastic and included free wifi and large screen 4K television in living room. Master bedroom on first floor was far enough away anyone so late night / early riser TV watchers didn't affect sleep-ins! Access to community pool added extra enjoyment to the overall experience! And house was next to main highways and centrally located to all nearby parks and golf courses. Security deposit was refunded same day we left! Simply said - a great experience and would definitely consider again for future visits!

College reunion

4 college buddies have a yearly reunion golf trip. The location was perfect for easy access to numerous golf courses. But the Coral Canyon course proved to be the best value. Our condo was perfect for the location and easy access to the highway. The club house, where we had access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs was great and never crowded. The property was great and full stocked. Two of our group are "foodies" and were impressed with the kitchen. Would highly recommend! Great Stay!!
