We have been to multiple condos in the Las Palmas resort and this is definitely not the "nicest" as listed in the title. Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as we expected. We found garbage in the couch, half full water bottle on the floor in living room, fake nails under bed in bunk bed room, big booger wiped on wall in bedroom. The dishes were also not clean, there was moldy water in the kids cups, plates and knife's not clean, minimal supplies in the kitchen. The pillow case in the kids bedroom had dried boogers and hair on it. There are also a few maintenance and safety issues I wanted to flag. The bunk bed bolts on the lower rail are stripped making the bunk bed feel very unstable. The sliding door to larger room doesn't lock. The stick in the bottom of the door jam is a sad excuse for not fixing it. The toilet in the larger bedroom constantly runs, what a waste of water. My husband looked under the lid and the components are held together with duct tape. Additionally, there are no screens on the sliding doors which makes it difficult to open for fresh air without letting bugs in. Lastly, the pool house was in very poor condition, with feces and toilet paper left throughout the area. All the pools were freezing cold, swimming was not enjoyable. The gym was disgusting and looked like it had been cleaned in years. I would not recommend staying at this unit.
