Everything was great especially the front desk. Loved that there was a gym and beverages 24/7. Area was safe and there was lots of parking. Perfect gateway to Zion- only 20 minutes! I wish there was fruit during breakfast, that’s my only qualm.

I tried to cancel my reservation minutes after booking it because Expedia put me on the wrong property. I called the number Expedia gave me and it said to press 1 to make a reservation, press 2 to change or cancel. When you press 2 it says that you can only make a reservation. I now have to drive 40 minutes in the wrong direction to my hotel. I stopped into the Cedar City location, the front staff was helpful and tried to help, but Expedia refused to help them and refused to help me. I am beyond pissed!

Within 20 minutes of arrival and check in had to call on staff as room key didn’t work due to batteries falling out of door mechanism. Then bathroom door would not open and had to be manually fixed with tools.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. About a 20 minute drive to Zion national Park. We ate dinner at the stage Coach Grill, which was also excellent, a little pricey, but the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten highly recommend.

Room was spacious and nice. Everything was good with the exception of the drain in the bathroom. Its located directly in front of the tub and was not placed at floor height so i tripped and fell exiting the shower. This is a major hazard
