The parking lot was full and I got a room right outside the elevator so it was loud all night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I left a very expensive item in the room, and when I called to have a family member pick it up for me who livers nearby the staff were not only unhelpful but did not care. I was told by at least 3 people that I would get a call back and had to follow up each time. I made a mistake by leaving it and not returning before I realized while I was on the road for 2 hours, so I called immediately. Sucks that you don't have a better policy for left items. And that staff would take it. I would never stay here again just based on that.

Our room is right next to the breakfast sitting area, people were talking and moving chairs around starting 6:30 am. We couldn’t sleep well and could hear everything outside. Soundproof is bad, people walking, flushing toilets, baby crying….etc. Breakfast ends at 9:30, We went to eat breakfast at 9am, but nothing left.
