Staff was polite and rooms were clean. Only downside was the construction next door but the crews tend to start later in the morning and end in the evening to minimize sleep issues.

Room was clean, spacious & the a/c worked great, which was good because it was 103 during the day! Had a nice pool & breakfast was cereal, waffles & bread for toast. Coffee & tea. Sufficient enough to get your day started! Good location for Zion National Park. Would definitely stay here again & recommend especially for price!

We enjoyed the close proximity to Capitol Reef NP, it was a quaint place to relax after hiking & the pool was nice. The staff wasn’t helpful or even thankful after my husband fixed the sink!! The general store prices were outrageous!
