Staff was nice, breakfast was good. But the room i booked wasn't available when i arrived and I got put in a dirty room complete with used linens like dirty towels, stained pillowcases, trash in the cans etc. Definally not the best experiance.

We loved the happy hour- kids loved the dirty sodas and we appreciated the salad bar in addition to chips, popcorn, and adult beverages-all free with the stay. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing, and the kids loved the games and pool noodles. Was close to one of our family favorite hangouts - theFiesta family fun center, and a delicious Mexican restaurant just a few doors down!

The hot tub was a huge disappointment. It was cold! We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping did not come on Saturday as they should have. The shower had shampoo and two conditioners no body wash.

Room not as pictured yet nice. I always enjoy a non smoking room however, you should treat pet rooms the same by informing guests prior or upon booking. My kids have a lot of allergies, dogs being one of them, yet did well in the pet friendly room. Which speaks to your cleanliness.
