There was no staff whatsoever. On the day i chrcked out, 9 AM, there was no single employee. I had to start opening dewsers behind the desk to get back my psssport.

No instructions to late checking guest after 6pm, not checking in person, no way to find room or key...I was lucky to have a staying guest help me to access to hotel lock box to get room numbers and keys.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk and we were told that i should have gotten a code for this self service check in. There was no AC and the room was too hot to sleep. We ended up getting another room somewhere else. The overall status of the hotel was disorganized and dirty. There were food takout boxes in the lobby when we checked in and then 5 hours later the same food stuff was sitting out.
