This makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the city. A fully equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. The studio has its own coffee machine and modern furnishings.

The studio is located in a modern house with contemporary comfort. It is stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The fully equipped kitchen for shared use has modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals.
The studio has a 43-inch TV - perfect for relaxing evenings after a long day. The room is equipped with a 160 cm wide bed, which guarantees maximum sleeping comfort.
For productive work, there is a special notebook workstation that provides a pleasant working environment. Fast and reliable internet is available throughout the studio via WLAN. The studio is within walking distance of the city center. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be reached quickly and easily.
