There is a roomy living room with Smart TV (Bring your streaming passwords), Desk area that spills into the stool seating area looking into the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen should have all you need to prepare a meal or snack for the group.
Down the hall are 4 bedrooms with full beds, nightstands and closets.
Two full sized Bathrooms are helpful when getting a group of friends out the door to explore St. Cloud and Central MN.

You have the whole apartment to yourselves. ENJOY!
Of course, quiet hours are in effect since the other floors have tenants.

This is a 3 Story Building. There are 5 Apartments on each floor.
Three of the apartments on 3rd floor are All Set up for Travelers - It is a quiet floor.
The first two floors house families. There are busy children & those hallways smell like cooking.
Third floor is a neutral smelling quiet floor. My guests have been happy with the accommodations. :)

This is a college community, many of the buildings in this neighborhood are mostly filled with families now. My guests enjoy most of the 3rd floor, with families on the other floors.
