This 3rd floor apartment is close enough to quickly get to the SCSU Action and far enough away not to hear it. It has been set up with your athletes & fans in mind! It is in a quiet hallway right on University Drive.

There is NO elevator in the building.

There is free On Site Parking & Street Parking
There is free Wi-Fi
There is Coin Laundry in the hallway

There is NO mail delivery

The entire apartment is ready for your group. With two full bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen, your group will be fed & ready for the day in no time.

Although, I will not be available at the building, I will be available through Airbnb messages during your stay.

The building is rented to traveling workers on your floor & families on the other two floors.

This three story building has families on the first two floors. There are various scents in the hallways due to cooking & incense habits of those living in this multi cultural building.
Our apartments have a neutral scent.

Up on the third floor I have furnished 3 of the 5 apartments. The Husky House for your whole group and the other two are hosting traveling professionals
It is a comfortable space equipped with my guests in mind!

Although, I will not be at the building, I will be available via Airbnb messenger during your stay.
