I had three rooms booked, paid in advance. We were checking in late so as a courtesy I called the property to notify them, even though there is no mention of a cut off for check-in time. They never answered the phone and when we arrived at the hotel no one was working there. They never communicated with me and they left my party scrambling to find another hotel in the middle of the night. An absolute nightmare.
