Cozy place with well thought out touches

Great location - close to beach and just south of St Augustine activities. Owner was extremely efficient in communicating. Really appreciated the small touches that made our stay comfy.

Awesome Rental

Great location. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and several beach access points. Arrived late on first night and the pastries left for us were a big hit with the kiddos. Definitely recommend and we plan on renting again.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here! Ana was excellent at communicating and so quick to respond. We even had delicious pastries from a local bakery waiting for us when we arrived! Bikes and beach belongings were appreciated as we were only 1 mile from the beach and parking is tricky, so this made it easily accessible. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for when booking our stay. Definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back someday soon! Thank you Ana!

Great spot

This place is in a great location with close proximity to the beach and St. Augustine. The extra amenities provided are great for going to the beach and so thoughtful! Communication with Ana was great and was so kind. Thank you!
