I was a little nervous about the hotel because the outside looked weather beaten and old. Put inside the apartment things looked nice and well kept. Service was great from checking in to having a maintenance person check our TV. We slept fine and attended a fair breakfast before getting back on the road.

First room wouldn’t open. Second room had bad smell that definitely made me sick and my sinuses flared up. Had to go ask for toilet paper and tissues but they never even brought tissues, just had the empty topper with no tissue box. Stuck it out only for one night then left early

This place is on the historic tour and it's beautiful. Has a pool, only downside was no laundry onsite for customers. But everything including a REAL continental breakfast! Wonderful staff goes above and beyond for you!

Was very quiet and about 5 minutes from historic St Augustine. The trolley also ran through here so that was also a plus. The venue is nice, but the bathroom smelled of sewage randomly throughout our stay and the shower head spray was far too strong. The room was fine, however it seemed unfinished/cheap with the finishes. the remote to the tv kept falling apart as well. The breakfast was mediocre but was free so can’t really complain there. I paid around $90/night here and I think that is very accurate pricing for what was given. I wouldn’t pay much more than that though. It worked well for the trip I had but I do not think that I would stay here again. I would spend the money to possibly go somewhere nicer or maybe closer to the beach.

This place is not bad at all! So close to everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. The trolley stops within this property so that’s very convenient. The building is old but the whole town has that vibe. The rooms we had are upgraded, very clean. We left an iPad in one of the rooms and they called me so we got it back. That’s very professional and I highly recommend this place. The only feedback that I think will help the place is the landscaping outside. It needs a little attention but once this is done, it will add up to the beauty of the place.

Good given expectations.

The hotel was nice and clean, there was a small roach in the bathtub at night. But stuff will happen. The bed was super firm and woke up with some back pain. The staff was so good and the location is fabulous. Would stay here again.

First let me say Booking and check in was a breeze! Upon booking it allows you to make special requests and mine was for rose petals on the bed and a bottle of wine on ice as we went for our 10 year anniversary. I was so excited when I open the door and found rose petals with battery operated candles on the bed, no wine but I understand. Our room was just right for us. It was small but the bed and bedding were so comfy! I recommend a room towards the back of the hotel though as in the front you hear a lot more, like motorcycles or loud trucks driving by. We really only needed a room for sleep and showers since we had a lot planned! I would definitely stay again!

The grounds around the property were nice. The room was in need of work. Room smelled musty. Felt damp. Bed was on a metal box frame and would make a metal echo sound when you hit it with your toe or if you went onto the bed a little heavily. Price was good.
