We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this lovely two bedroom two bath house. It has been updated and the furnishings and decor were very attractive and comfortable. We also enjoyed the location near San Marco Avenue just one block from the trolley rides and a couple of blocks from the Fountain of Youth.Several restaurants are within a 3-4 block walk, including a Dunkin' Donuts.This was a five star stay except for a lack of timely communication from the hosts.

This home was so charming and comfortable that I would look forward to going back to the home after a day of activities! The appliances and decor are a wonderful blend of modern and rustic and the back patio is magical when all lit up! Michael and Gia were always available and responsive if I had any questions and were happy to share any local hotspots and restaurants. My husband has already saved the location on his Google Maps because we’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Great experience. Home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Proximity to vilano beach and historic district was perfect. We walked mostly everywhere and had a 5 min drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great Place and Location

The cottage was very nice with updated kitchen and the backyard was very inviting with enclosed porch and decorative lights all around. The famous Magnolia Street was right around the corner as well as The Fountain of Youth and Old Town. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The attention to detail like wireless charging on the bedroom lamps, china plates, and the perimeter lights around the back yard made for a great stay. Thank You!

Truly Charming

Definitely a charming little cottage on a quiet and scenic street. Close walk to the Fountain of Youth and a great cafe. The historic district is a short drive away. I will be returning and enjoying this beautiful cottage again.

St Augustine

This VRBO is an excellent location for a Saint Augustine vacation. It is just a short drive to Vilano beach also. It has a really nice backyard with a screened in porch. The home is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

St Auggie gem!

The house is a gem! We will defintiley be staying again on our return to St. Augustine. The check in and check out process is seemless and great communication from the owners. The place is adorablely furnished and in a great location, easy to walk to sites and downtown. Overall fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. My only discrpency is that there was no kleenex in the house and the dishes are china so we did not want to put anything in the microwave or dishwasher. So not the best place for a long term rental but perfect for a week or long getaways.
