This was not at all what I expected from the pictures and the reviews I had read. The room was very humid/damp and smelled funny. This is advertised as a hotel but it’s really just an overpriced motel. The bed was not comfortable, sheets were rough and again everything just felt damp. I left at 5 am so I could travel home and actually sleep.

I read several reviews on this hotel and was slightly apprehensive as there were no reviews “in the middle”. They were all 5 or 1 star. My room was VERY clean and the view from the little deck out back was so peaceful. The proximity to downtown and other attractions was great and ride shares were easily accessible. Mikel, from the first desk, reached out a few times via text to make sure the stay was going well, which it was! The train is very loud when it comes through, which doesn’t really bother me, but be advised if this is something that would cause you to leave a bad review, as this isn’t a reflection of the property itself. I would for sure stay here again on a visit to St Augustine when in the marke for a great value!

They gave me a room train station 3 o’clock in the morning running back-and-forth furniture outdated like 100 years no courtesy, donuts or biscuits in the hotel. It ain’t worth the money.

There was not supposed to be any additional fees but when we checked in they hit us up for 15$ a day service fee. Desk in room was falling apart, found fleas in room, obviously some one with pet stayed in room. this place has seen better days. Would not recommend

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel, huge shower head. I enjoyed the extra fuzzy blankets in the room especially during these cold November days! The staff was very kind and welcoming!

The room was OK but the trains running at night right behind the rooms was annoying.front desk guy was kind of smooth and I was double chatted for the room which the manager did rectify. I called ahead to find out if the hot tub was working they said yes but once we got there the water was warmish and the jets barely workedgot there
