When you come to check in and the receptionist is unfriendly and unwelcoming while wearing a stained Dunkin’ Donuts shirt it does not make the rest of the stay enjoyable. Of course the cockroach in the room didn’t help.

Decent for the money and location

We were satisfied for the most part and will probably come back in December for Night of Lights. However, the pillows are rather hard and there are only 2. Found a few insects in the bathroom. But otherwise it was decent.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past 4 years and it is always a good experience. Its not a 5 star resort but the rooms are clean, beds are decent and the water is hot.
