Beautiful, updated cottage. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. One pet only 35lbs maximum.

Beautiful cottage. Surf Crest Village 9, This 2 bedroom ground floor cottage is steps to boardwalk over dunes to beach/ocean. It is a wonderful vacation cottage. Central air/heat. Master host a king bed with large flat screen TV - in-suite walk in shower bath. Each room equipped with flat screen TV's. Guests host twin beds and full bath in hall way. Beach towels and chairs are for guest enjoyment. A like new pac-n-play and child's kitchen booster seat available upon request. The cottage offers two on-site private parking spaces and visitor spaces are first come. The beach and pool are just steps from cottage and enjoy many restaurants and shops 1/4 mile from the cottage. We have many return guest. You will want to be that guest.
This property is also the perfect place for family reunions and weddings because we also offer one 2 bedroom cottage, and 1 4 bedroom cottage just steps from 9 in the Village. 3 night minimum stay. It is waiting for you.......

We booked this cottage for Spring Break with the family (2 adults and 2 elementary aged kids). The cottage is recently renovated, very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies needed to cook meals (they also had sugar, salt, pepper and paprika in the cabinet). The property managers are responsive and the location is perfect. The cottage has 2 beach chairs and a beach wagon which is great for getting your items to the beach. We are very familiar with this community as our family has had a home here for decades - the neighbors are quiet and friendly. We would stay here again.
