They did not make up bed gave new towels but left beds Hot tub was down and when I booked the rooms in oct i figured by jan 26 it would be up and running Had to pay to park our car. On there lot never had to before. Will think again before i book holiday inn express. No place to have a game with friends

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and easy to speak with. The food for the breakfast was top notch, absolutely perfect. The room was clean and neat. My only concern was the bed. It was hard as a rock. The matress was too firm. I have a firm mattress at home but this was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up very tired and achey from not being able to rest properly. I did send a note to the property but I have not recieved anything back from them. The pillows were also way to flat. But we were told they were standard use in all hotels. All in all, we always find that Holiday Inn Express is an excellent choice for vacationing, minus this mattress issue.

The room was adequate but could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast service was good, with attentive staff, though options were somewhat limited. Parking was available; however, it is paid parking at $10 per day, which should be noted when planning your stay.

Breakfast is your regular continental, nothing special. Room seemed clean in the bathrooms and beds. The floors are dirty. Walked around in socks and they became black. AC was great in one room and not so great in our second room. Hair dryer didn't work. Our room door lock couldn’t lock as the door is warped. Storage for clothing and hanging is almost nonexistent. Location was good. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

We weren’t impressed. The room’s location was extremely poor—noise from the pool area, the nearby elevator, and people talking in the hallway made it impossible to relax. We also discovered items left behind by previous guests, which raises concerns about the level of cleaning performed by the staff. There was an earring on the headboard and a Coke bottle cap on the floor near the bed. Visually, the room was nice, but acoustically it was far below expectations. It genuinely felt as if we were trying to sleep with the doors and windows open at a busy intersection. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid for the accommodations.
