When having breakfast the server was wearing slippers and using bare hands while refilling the slice bread station.no hair nets on the cooks was observed. We they came out to refill the station. Very concerning.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel room was not clean, very dusty including the floors. The hallway floor was dusty and the furniture was visibly dusty with stains on it. The entrance and lobby of hotel was dirty as well. am allergic to dust and unfortunately I did not sleep well even trying to tidy up a bit myself. The Housekeeper was very nice and friendly when I needed something. To her defense, that is a big hotel and if they only have 1 person clean that floor, that could explain things. you need 2 people to a floor of a large hotel. I used to work in a hotel myself, a 5 star hotel. If they just clean it up it would be a great place to stay, i loved the location.

Property was a DUMP. The first room I was given had MOLD on the ceiling over the bed also in the shower area(I have photos). I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. I then asked the for a room close to the elevator, my right leg was amputated and I was given the farthest room away. The new room given was no better, NO HOT water in the shower. Also there was what appeared to be BLOOD on the bathroom door handle. NOTHING WAS DONE when reported to front desk. First room 409 second room 533. Another fun fact, when checking out I asked for a receipt to show no additional charges to my CC the woman at desk stated word for word. YOU DON'T GET A RECEIPT WHEN YOU BOOK WITH THIRD PARTY, YOU WANT ONE CALL THEM .... Again I have pictures on the two room, this place was DISGUSTING .........

The price was very good, but my room had dirt spots. The curtains were broken and would not stay closed. The shower faucet was loose and was difficult to convert from bathtub to shower. I felt like this room was given to a paying customer before it was fixed and ready.

Took 35 minutes for hot water to come on and then only lasted 10 min. No matter what time of the day! Reported it and nothing changed. No offer to switch rooms. Was put in the oldest non renovated room we felt like they had. Bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever that kept us up so bad all night that we lost half our vacation days sleeping in! And to have to pay over $10 for a breakfast at a less than upscale hotel is ridiculous. I have had better breakfast buffers for free at budget hotels than this. Highly disappointed and especially being the first time my husband was visiting FL and this is what he saw and dealt with. Not impressed.

Quick trip. Room was clean, comfortable and grounds were attractive. St. Mary's Restaurant nearby had good food, a lake with turtles and fish to feed and very pretty setting. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly. Carpet in the hall had paint stains and drywall from a previous renovation. Would have preferred a couch vs a desk for sitting. Room had been repainted at some point with poor edging. Laminate floors were poor quality. Overall, it was quiet with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed our stay.
