Fantastic Beach cottage, has been completely modernized but we kept the old beach charm. New everything. Right across the street is the Atlantic ocean. We have all beach essentials, out door lounge furniture, Bikes, BBQ, Fire Pit, Screened in porch, Fenced in yard with out door shower. Pet friendly.You will love it here. T.V's in every room. !5 minute drive to Historic downtown St Augustine. Fabulous restaurants, music and shopping.

Very clean, nice, safe feeling.. Second time I stayed there, and most definitely will be going back.. I have no complaints, loved it both times… You get a lot for your money…

Showed up, it was very clean, the property was really nice and the location is great. You can hear the waves from the ocean at night, and the neighbors were calm and kept to themselves. Decently close to everything, really close to a decent number of beaches. Definitely will consider this place again for my next stay in the area.
