food was plain needed sprinkle cheese for eggs that were a bi runny , sausage needed a bit more cooking. bagals were stale orange juice was water with orange coloring. it was edible but not worth the parking fee to sleep at this place. coffee shock a truck driver.

We always love the appearance of the hotel, rooms are comfy and clean & staff are SUPER! The shuttle is a fantastic amenity I hope they NEVER lose. We used it every day! The hotel has been sold. We are long time guest and we’re disappointed in the changes we saw. The $20, surprise, nightly parking fee was new and the changes in the breakfast were SO disappointing. We’ve stayed at SO for over 10 years now and the breakfast was always the Best! Served to us by a person from behind a glass, different choices each day, all yummy! We had the same thing every day. The pancake griddle was torn up all week so we had only eggs and Sausage links for 6 days. No fresh fruit or flavored creamer. PLEASE bring back the breakfast we all loved and keep the Shuttle (we heard they’re discontinuing it). We hope to continue making Southern Oaks our home away from home but we’ll see what happens.

Always love staying here and this stay was no different. Everything was so clean and neat inside our room as well as the outside property. I would love to know what air freshener they use. It’s fabulous and i’d like to have it at my home! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We will be back!

I couldn’t find any controls for the air conditioner, and it was very uncomfortable sleeping in the temperature that the hotel has set for. Property is too close to main traffic thoroughfare so it did get noisy from cars late at night.

Excellent friendly service, very clean rooms and stocked with plenty of towels and soft soap. Breakfast was included with the price of the room ; from scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt , fruit cups, etc., etc. They have their own shuttle, very reasonable. Just an all around enjoyable experience. We will definitely be staying there again.
