The hotel is conveniently located near several stores and restaurants and is also a short ride from downtown, which was a positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by a serious issue. After my second night, I discovered that I had been bitten extensively by bed bugs. I attempted to contact the hotel to report the issue but did not receive a response. Due to this experience, I would not consider staying at this property again

Cuartos limpios, pocas toallas solo 2 para un cuarto de camas dobles, el check in rapidísimo, no nos ayudó mucho con la acomodación porque queríamos estar cerca la familia, entiendo lo de la ocupación pero si saqué mi reserva 1 semana antes podrían haberme reservado mis habitaciones juntas, céntrico el hotel , es pet friendly, es bueno si vas con tus mascotas pero si quieres descansar no mucho porque tienes al perro ladrando toda la noche, pero en general lo recomiendo porque todo depende de tus circunstancias.

The room was absolutely spotless house cleaning came by every day knocked to make sure that we were not there we were only in the room at one time they were very polite professional room was always kept up and clean breakfast was simply amazing great attention to detail and the service staff and the breakfast room were very attentive kind polite kept Everything full and clean I must say I was extremely impressed with my stay the staff the amenities the cleanliness of the facilities and would go back time and time again and recommend it to anyone it was truly a pleasure staying there and it made my vacation with my wife for her birthday extremely special and easy

NO TELEPHONE to call front desk Great dog park and appreciate being able to stay with our dog Your email regarding the trolly/shuttle is very misleading....very disappointed that the actual trolly that would show us the city does not allow dogs. Was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. VERY disappointed

Not sure how this place is getting 10/10 because it was definitely not even a 5. Upon checking in there was not that warm comfortable feeling you should get from staff, which reviews are saying are top notch. Then our room had a light that flickered like it was possessed, the desk leg was so loose we had to push the chair against it to prevent it from falling. Now as for the “Breakfast buffet” which people are claiming to be the best in St Augustine that’s a joke. We got up early for this and we were very disappointed. There was no meat, no pancakes and really nothing that was impressive. The cook told me they only do meat and pancakes during the week and not weekends. So I guess the weekend guests are not as important as the weekly guests. I think this place is using the credit it received from previous owners which is not proper. All in all I wil not stay here again and definitely do not recommend to anyone. Very poor!!!
