The space
Spread across multiple levels, the home balances open communal areas with quieter spaces to retreat to. The first-floor entertainment area is anchored by an HDTV with Roku and a sound system - ideal for relaxed evenings in. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the indoor environment comfortable year-round, and a private entrance allows for easy, independent access. WiFi is available throughout.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and seven beds accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed with direct balcony access and ocean-facing views. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, while another bedroom includes a queen bed with views over a quiet nature preserve. A bunk room sleeps multiple guests across two twin-over-full beds, and a fifth room offers two double beds. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage throughout ensure everyone settles in easily.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a refrigerator, electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware. The layout flows directly into the dining area, where the dining table brings everyone together - from slow morning breakfasts to full group dinners after a day at the beach.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool is available for use throughout your stay, with heat available upon advance request at an additional fee of $40/day. The private patio and balcony and fully fenced backyard extend your living space outdoors. A BBQ grill is on hand for evening cookouts, and beach essentials - including beach towels and chairs - are ready for your time by the water. Nearby beach access puts the shoreline within easy reach, and free parking on premises accommodates up to four vehicles.
 
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group, each with hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products. A washer and dryer are also available on-site for longer stays.
 
Location
Situated in the Vilano Beach community, the home places you steps from the shore and close to the rhythms of coastal life. Historic downtown St. Augustine is approximately 6 miles away, offering restaurants, shops, and local landmarks - easy to explore before returning to the quieter pace of the beach.
 
Comfort & peace of mind
The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth, flexible arrival at any time.
