Clean and comfortable condo with a well stocked kitchen and a nice pool view. It definitely has some wear and tear and could use some updating. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy check-in, and great access to the beach were the pros. Walkable to food, shopping and entertainment was great. The cons: The pools are a bit disappointing as they are smaller, not much for seating, the hot tub was converted to a waterfall and not usable, and the deck and bathrooms are in need of cleaning and repairs.It was frustrating that a number of folks would go out at 6am to reserve all the lounge chairs with towels. The other con- which is kinda picky- keyless entry would be nice as keeping track of physical keys is a pain.

Biggest problem was beong awakened early morning every day by the noise of people staying in the condo overhead. It sounded like they were walking on a hard wooden floor with hard soled shoes!

Close to the beach

The condo was centrally located to restaurants and the beach, both within walking distance. The pool was a great place to relax after a long day on the beach. The condo is dated, but met our needs. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the porch overlooking the pool was a great sitting area in the early morning and late evening.I would stay here again.

Great getaway

Great property for stay on the beach and quick ride to old town. Communication excellent. My only recommendation is for a short stay keep in mind to bring spices for cooking along with foil and extra garbage bags. They did have a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and kitchenware. No quick throw away items though so bring that. Private laundry room a nice added feature. Will be back for sure
