Our room was very clean and we park in front of our room entire parking lot well lightened and you could walk across the street to the beach.restaurants and gas station right next door.

Second time staying.. motel right across the street from the beach. Area has lots of restaurants for evening. This place only serves coffee which is one drawback but the diner a few buildings away is great. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Everything is clean and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I walked around the other neighboring motels and seems the same vibe in all. These places are budget motels and that’s what you get. The location, price and cleanliness is what’s important for me. It’s to beautiful of a beach and city to be inside! Oh! And Wednesday is a farmers market at the pier across the street and bands in the evening so quite lively.

Our couples getaway.

Front desk staff was amazing. Location was excellent. Bed was very hard and room definitely could use some renovations. It was obvious there had been water damage. Dressers were swollen & coming apart due to water damage and paint on was looked like it had water marks , where water had drained down the walls.

Our second or third time here. Fairly recently updated rooms. Great value for the area. Nice friendly guests and staff. We were shorted coffee, the chest of drawers was malfunctioning, and shower surround was cheaply made. But hey, we love the place anyhoo.

Just what I expected in a budget hotel and more, it was fresh and clean, the staff were a joy to interact with. The walk across the road to the beach was easier than I have had in some beach front hotels, and I got to watch some good volleyball.

The bedroom area was neat and clean. The sink area was clean and convenient. The towels and wash clothes were in excellent condition. The toilet, shower area was basically clean, but a bit in disrepair. There were seams that needed serious cleaning, the door hinges were rusty. The staff was great. Our only real complaint was no one ever cleaned our room. We stayed three nights. I got fresh towels myself. Every day my cash tip sat at the foot of our bed untouched, as was the bathroom and sink area. We brought our own toilet paper, so were prepared to run out. Yes, I would stay here again. When you find the least expensive place, you expect some compromises. The location was wonderful. Every morning we walked across the street and watched the sun rise over the ocean. My wife enjoyed our seashell-collecting walks along the beach. There are many superb restaurants in walking distance.
