Super friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, adequate breakfast, clean room, excellent views and location! I would definitely stay here again. The only reason for the four stars was small things like electrical outlets were not accessible by the bed to charge my phone and have clock, difficulty with the coffee maker and microwave and hairdryer all using the same outlet and was really difficult to get behind the microwave to switch plugs around, slider door window was a bit cloudy. But all in all an excellent stay!

Simply the best. The view is breathtaking. It’s a no-frills, simple, but wonderful experience. Michelle’s friendliness is unparalleled. The view and the direct beach access, along with how close it is to downtown, are unbelievable. You get both the beach and quick access to historic places. I’m usually very picky about returning to a hotel, but I’ll definitely be coming back to this one.

Stayed in the first floor of the beach house. Couldn’t ask for more. Spent 4 wonderful days in St. Augustine and came home to a very private little beach house with its own parking right in front of the beach. Had a little back patio with a super cute garden. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There was a fridge and a microwave and they give you a ton of coffee and hot chocolate little bags you can make with the coffee maker they have as well as a Toaster oven. The ac worked great and the TV had a bunch of channels. Our upstairs neighbors were very nice but had 3 kids so in the morning you could really hear the footsteps. The breakfast was super cute and they let you take some back to your room so they’re very kind. The parking was free. I would say it’s an 8/10 overall. If it had a jacuzzi I would give it a 10/10

Great staff, clean rooms. Loved I could see the beach from my balcony. The spa tub in the room was a nice bonus. Short drive to the downtown area. Public is within walking distance for those things you forget. Will go back again
