Come stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view flat. Completely renovated and fully equipped. The kitchen has a large countertop for all of your cooking needs, farmhouse sink and stainless steel appliances. The living room has spacious seating for the entire family as well as a large TV to view all your favorite shows. Master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. The back patio features enough seating for everyone. Come view this wonderful unit and make your stay memorable.

Our complex has 4 temperature controlled pools, beautiful beach, racquet ball courts, pickle ball court, BBQ grill areas and playgrounds. The friendly rental staff is located on site for quick response if problems arise. The gym and library are open during normal business hours for your convenience.

Summerhouse on Crescent Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo resort with close proximity to ocean and pool. Had a wonderful week with family members! Summerhouse is always a pleasant experience for us! We have been going to Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club for at least 35 years!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaints I have would be the cosmetic improvements were unfinished and there was no working internet for our entire stay. Other than that, it was lovely.

A nice security gate at ocean and a safety gate at the pool. We had lots of fun, rarely left complex. Publix nearby for groceries, pharmacy, Etc. ❤️😎
