Amazing location on the beach. We spent hours walking and driving the beach. Breathtaking sunrises. Family run restaurant across the street 'Violas' was great with a very reasonably priced menu. We disappointed that the pool was not heated (or the heater was not working). Bring bikes if you can as the beach is perfect for cycling.

Great condo for a beach getaway

Stayed with our 3 kids for a week and loved the condo. No issues or complaints at all. Condo was clean, check in was easy...everything was comfortable and convenient. Great view of the ocean as well. Would stay there again!

We loved this unit. Beds were spacious; furniture and TVs worked great and so did the WIFI for work.Corner balcony was also good with great views, including main room with elevated view. Liked the fact it was close to most property amenities and services. The parking is very generous for two cars and includes parking tags for your rear view mirror.Some restaurants are close and a short drive to the supermarket and more places to eat. The beach for this complex is perfect; no need to go anywhere else, plus it stretches to neighboring beaches for running, walking or biking. We had a good experience, Cookware could use new pans. Church is 5 min drive!

Due for an upgrade

Everything is past time to upgrade. The living room furniture is old and has no support in the cushions left. The master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable because it’s old and sunken in. There was enough room to have 9 people stay at the condo and there were 6 bath towels and just 3 wash cloths for the entire place. There were no hand towels to put in the bathrooms or any extra kitchen towels either. It wasn’t the hottest time of year that we stayed and the AC could not keep up. The upstairs was at least 10 degrees warmer than the down and neither was cool during the day. I texted and someone came to the condo and he was dismissive and tried to say there was nothing wrong in spite of the thermostat saying it was 78 degrees inside and the thermostat was on 72 (bc that’s the lowest setting allowed). I messaged the contact person and they apologized and said they would follow up. I never heard from them again in spite of reaching out other times about the temperature. The very best thing about this condo is the absolute best location. And a wonderful view!!!

Our two grown children and three grandchildren stayed with us at this unit. We all felt that this unit was clean. We loved the view of the ocean and loved that there were two and a half bathrooms. The children played on the beach and in the pool and even enjoyed some miniature golf. The kitchen had several pots and pans and dishes so that we could eat in for some meals. I would definitely rent again!

Beautiful view and plenty of room. We love Sea Haven but… Both of the guest bedrooms beds are very loud and squeaky. And the dishwasher doesn't work probably. The entire unit could also use a good deep cleaning. Other than those few things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo was true to description and well maintained. Beautiful quiet section of beach. Great restaurants near by. Well maintained pool. Beautiful beach front view from the deck. Deck could be made more comfortable as it’s over-crowded with furniture and a pile of unused junk items that could be cleared. Condo was clean, except the carpeted stairs appeared not to have been vacuumed prior to our arrival. Overall, we had a great stay.

Sea Haven - Sea Side Retreat

What a view! This condo was perfect for our family group of 5. We were together, yet everyone had some space to spread out and chill or nap. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. It had all the basics, and much more like multiple pitchers, can coolies, and both a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig machine. We liked the location. It's just a few miles outside of St. Augustine, which gets you out of the hustle & bustle of heavy traffic, yet you're close enough to get to town when you want to. The condo is nicely appointed with "wood" floors throughout. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher are coinvent, and there are large TVs in every room. The condo was very clean and sand free when we arrived. The complex was very well maintained and staff was very friendly. We found this place to be to be a great value with a lot more space and comfort than a hotel. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the bunk bed is very squeaky and noisy. We had an adult on the lower full bed, and we all could hear when he rolled over or moved in the bed. Perhaps it wouldn't be as loud with children.

Overall good experience. Unit was clean and organized, beach was awesome, and we loved the area! Opportunities for improvement are: 1) Bunk Bed - very shaky, did not feel safe having anyone use the top bunk. 2) Unit temperature - the condo literature stated we could keep the temperature at 70 degrees or higher. We tried to keep it @ 72 degrees but someone would override remotely to a higher temperature without notice. 3) No can opener available so I personally purchased one for the unit and left it there for future tenants. Other than that we had a great time and will be back!

The location and view were great, the only issue we had was with the thermostat for the AC. It would automatically be set to 75 even after we would lower it to cool off the condo, upstairs at night was a little warm. With the weekly rate it would be appreciated if we could control the temperature in the unit.

Fantastic Location and Views!

Property is exactly as listed. Beautiful views of the ocean. Quiet and off the beaten path of St Augustine. Furnishings are a little dated, but unit was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Sea Haven 512 - Beautiful Views and Relaxing Stay

We were a party of five adults and two kids. The property was spacious, clean and provided the basics upon arriving. The view is unbeatable. We enjoyed the close beach access and pool on the days we could. The temperature dropped, so we could only enjoy the view the last few days. The bunk bed room needs some attention. We tried sleeping the kids in there, but the slightest movement makes such loud creaking noise that the whole top floor can hear every toss and turn. The Murphy bed provided a great solution to the problem. If the room needs to be used, I think the frame needs repairs or replacing for a peaceful night's sleep for the whole top floor.

I would return!

Stayed with my spouse and 4 children (10 and under). Fantastic views of the ocean from this condo. Hard flooring, leather couches, access to solar-heated pool, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, close to plenty to do in historic St. Augustine and yet not in the busy-ness of it. Condo is comfortable, clean, and a fantastic location. We would return to explore the area more.

Beautiful are and property.

My grandkids and I had an awesome time here. There was plenty of room for me, my four grandkids, daughter and son-in-law. The only complaint would be that I had to wash all the silverware, dishes and pots and pans. They were filthy. I took care of that quickly and we didn't let it ruin our time here. I left everything very clean for the next renters. I'm sure they will have a wonderful time as well. It's a beautiful place.

Great Condo

The condo is in a great location. Close to some really good restaurants. The kitchen is very well stocked if you don't want to go out. The unit is very spacious. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced terribly. The couch or pull out in the living room is a much better option. The unit wasn't clean when we arrived but the rental company was very apologetic and compensated us for the inconvenience. I will definitely stay here again. The check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. My family was very pleased with the overall experience.
