Remember only end units have bedroom views of the ocean! On the 4th floor, sunsets are Gorgeous! A king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed provides for multiple arrangements in the condo. Add’l fee for more then 2 guests as add’l fee covers laundry of sleeper sofa.
