This unit has had a recent remodel and is upgraded throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed with built in twin bed for added sleep capacity and the guest bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed as well. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.
