This is a quiet, gated community with private beach access, 2 saltwater pools (1 heated), tennis, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse access and 2 grilling/pavilion areas. If you want a break from the famous beaches, then just minutes away are leading attractions, restaurants and shopping in historic St. Augustine!

This unit is a corner unit located on the first floor in Building I. The easy walk from the unit to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. There are sidewalks and ramp walkways. There are NO stairs.

There is a pool by the beach access walkover and there is one heated pool behind building J (approximately a 2-3 minute walk).

There are shuffleboards, tennis courts, grills, and a fitness room all available on the property to our guests.

The walk from the parking lot to the front door is 50 feet.

There are outside shower areas and restrooms located at both swimming pools.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Yes. Didn’t go to pool. Too far away for convenience . Master shower head OLD and needs replacing.Water came out like a fire hydrant. Actually hurt. Complained to Host because we couldn’t take showers in MasterBath! Very inconvenient. Nothing done about it.

Fantastic unit!

My family has stayed in the OVC many times, but Ashley’s home is superb! It is well stocked with all the necessities and extras! The furniture was very comfortable in all rooms. We love the beach and it is a quick walk to the pool and ocean. We cannot wait to rebook!!

Great house!
