I just want to say that the location and the service were very good but the facility NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. The room was dusty, the towels some of them dirty with people hair in it. Beds were not clean enough.

The bedsheets were dirty and had stains. There was a glob of dark black hair on my bed when I went to get in it. There was caulking, missing from around the tub and a hole on the side. Some of the towels were dirty and not clean enough. Definitely won’t be staying at this one again.

We couldn't sleep well during our stay. The mattresses are very hard, making it difficult to get any sleep. Also, on the same floor where we were staying, we could hear a pack of dogs barking belonging to other guests.

On the first day, when we arrived at our room, which was for four people, there was a towel missing. We requested one, and they brought it quickly. But on the second day, when we asked for fresh towels—this was in the morning—we went out for a walk and returned around 4 p.m., and they still hadn't brought them. I told the housekeeping staff, and she said they weren't ready yet. I told her we needed them to shower, and she seemed annoyed that we were asking for the towels. The phone in the room wasn't working; we couldn't even call the front desk.
