The room was fine, bed comfortable, I accidentally requested a handicapped shower….. the shower was so powerful I couldn’t use it, it would’ve torn my skin off ! And the water covered the entire bathroom floor.

Easy and quick check-in. Got to second floor and you could smell something musky as soon as you rounded the corner. Got into the room and it was musky/mildewy smell. Dropped the AC to 68 and it helped for the most part. Room was clean but 2 issues: AC fan sounded like it was dying all night and the TV was stuck with the captions to on - some channels with a large grey box around covering the show. Had to have the manufacturer remote to change settings. Breakfast was decent - scrambled eggs, patty sausage, cereal, and create your own waffles. Economy stay and saved $100-200/night by staying by I-95 compared to staying by old St. Augustine area.

The room was clean, skimpy on the towels. no way to stir coffee. The room shades were great. However, the breakfast was almost inedible - powdered eggs, nasty sausage, only white bread and plain bagels. I only drank the coffee. will not book at LaQuinta again.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating, my only complaint is the noise, you could hear every single door open and close all night long. I sleep with headphones on and still woke up every time. Otherwise great hotel for the price.

I left my watch in my room. I called the hotel later on check out day. Housekeeping found my watch. The fro t desk kept it for me .They mailed the watch and I have it . Great people
