The room appeared fine, it was clean, had a nice view, etc but when I laid down on one of the beds there was an odor that was pretty unpleasant. You couldn’t smell it until you laid down. Weird. Told front desk when we left the facility. We spent 3 days at the resort and have stayed there on previous occasions. Also, the first day through the next morning our building had no running water (4 pm until almost 6am). If you needed the toilet during the night you were supposed to go to the main building to use the ones there. Second day water was off again for a few hours also. I fell the staff should have given each guest some bottled water so they’d be able to at least brush their teeth. Maybe even offer free coffee in the morning. I know burst pipes aren’t something that anyone expects to happen. The management did discount our first day which we appreciated but felt quite inconvenienced by the whole ordeal.

The room was dated and the bathroom was in need of repairs. The hotel had no water due to someone damaging a pipe. It was supposed to be fixed in 1 hour. The 1 hour turned onto 4.5 hrs. We were told to go to another hotel and use their restrooms. Seriously!

When we arrived, there were many people waiting to be attended, and there was no order at reception to control this. When we were assigned a room, we found cockroaches in it. We asked to be moved, and the first thing the receptionist said was that they didn't have another room available and that if we wanted, she could check us out. After arguing for a while, she offered us another room, but on the condition that they would move us again the next day. The following day, another person at reception told us that we should return to the room where we found the cockroaches. We refused to go back to that room, and they gave us no other option but to leave the hotel. We will not return to this hotel, and we will recommend our friends not to use their services, this place is not the cheapest but it offers the worst service.

Not sure what qualifies as a "resort" but this was a basic hotel. It was clean and comfortable. There was an extensive Guy Harvey shop in the hotel lobby. It was in a great location, right on the beach. The room was pretty basic with a Guy Harvey painting on one wall. The lobby restaurant/bar seemed nice but we did not visit. Front desk staff was nice. Expected a little more just based on the name of the place but it wasn't bad. I probably wouldn't stay here again but don't regret it.

The staff were great, the room could use some upgrades but was clean. The chairs were woven and the seats were stretched out so you sank down into them, really uncomfortable. The pillows looked full but collapsed down to nothing when slept or sat on. The food in the restaurant was not all freshly prepared. I was told it was but when I asked for a turkey club on white bread instead of a wrap I got chunks of tomato instead of slices. The coffee was great. I will not be returning

The front desk staff super welcoming. Came in for Nights of Lights and recommended taking the free trolley to avoid parking which was the best move as there was a lot of traffic. Only two things I would note is the hotel is itself is slightly dated and our toilet was dirty when we arrived. But still would say overall was good .
