The house was so amazing, it was so cozy, so clean, the rooms were so nice. Great layout. Had everything we needed. And the location was great. And Lauren was great. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful return trip!

Our go to place in St. Augustine. Sparkling clean, easy walking distance to the historic district attractions. Around the corner from Magnolia Street, Fountain of Youth and peacocks. The bikes were a bonus, as was the fire pit. We’l be back!

Great place!!

Lots of room!! Clean , nice appliances, comfortable beds! and a perfect location! We could walk to the Old Town Trolley pickup!! I also appreciated the very good communication with the property manager!! That’s a big plus!! We would definitely recommend this property!!

Beautiful and quiet retreat!

This is the BEST home we have ever rented! We travel frequently and I wish all homes we as lovely as this quiet retreat! The little details made our family trip a wonderful one. Lauren was wonderful & provided so much detail in all of her communications & was quick to respond to any questions. The modern renovations & decor even received approval from the very high standards of a high school girl! :p If we ever come back to St. Augustine guaranteed we will book at this beautiful home again!

Nice property, on a main street so lots of street noise if you are in the master bedroom. Check out should be 11am instead of 10, felt rushed. I should have requested a later check out.

Wonder place!! Highly recommend. The process was so easy. It was about 2 blocks over and 1 block up to the trolley rides. About 10 minutes to Walmart and literally 3-5 minutes to Publix. Vilano Beach is about 5 minutes. Great, great location. Comfy beds, comfy furniture, a tv room, a living room for reading. A nice fire pit and fenced in yard with greenery growing on it for privacy. And there are 3 bikes to ride. Large washer and dryer. The only thing I would take would be my favorite skillet. They have plenty of cook ware and dishes.

Very nice stay.

The house looked exactly as represented on line.Clean and spacious. The fire pit outside was wonderful.I didn’t notice any excessive outside noise. The room darkening curtains were excellent. Check in was easy.I’m still not sure about the mattresses though. They were clean and seemed new, but way too firm for me. This is just a personal preference. Also, not having a hard copy of the guest book was unexpected. I have never been able to get QR codes to work. All in all, I’d happily stay again.
