Morning light drifts across the porch as ocean breezes move through the air. From the upper wraparound porch, you can watch the sunrise and occasionally spot dolphins moving through the surf. Just one block from Crescent Beach, this three-level home offers plenty of space for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time by the coast.
Living spaces
The top floor brings everyone together with an open layout designed for conversation and shared meals. A spacious living area connects to a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a dining space large enough for group dinners. Step outside onto the wraparound porch to take in partial ocean views and the coastal breeze. A powder room is also located on this level, and an elevator provides convenient access between floors.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms across the home accommodate up to 12 guests.
On the second floor, the primary suite includes a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The suite also opens onto its own porch with seating. The Flamingo Room features a queen bed and smart TV and shares a hallway bathroom with a tub. A third bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor includes a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles, providing six beds in total. This room opens to a covered patio with an outdoor shower. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom with a glass shower is also located on this level.
Entertainment and extras
The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table and additional space to unwind. A foosball table is also available in the bunk room area. The home also provides beach essentials to make days by the water easier.
Location
Located in Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine Beach, the home is within easy reach of local restaurants and shops, while historic downtown St. Augustine is about a 15-minute drive away. Beach access with vehicle drive-on access is only one block from the property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
