Staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast and social hour were a treat. I was in a street side room. Water view rooms would be nice. Great location. If you can walk over the bridge you can be in the heart of town in 10 minutes. I didn’t have to use my car at all.

We come here every year . The best staff happy hour is always great along with breakfast gives you a bed and breakfast feeling . The views are always stunning and the environment with all the friendly guest is the best . One recommendation I always will make is having curtains of some sort because of how much lighting comes into the room .

My husband and I travelled from NS, Canada. We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff were, how beautiful the view was, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Morning coffee on the dock was soothing and happy hour was so welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious and the Inn was quiet and safe. The location of the Inn is a convenient short walk to all the sites of St Augustine and perfectly situated away from the busy downtown. Big shout out to Rick for the great conversations - feel free to come visit!

The hotel is centrally located in a walkable area with easy access to the city center. The view of the Matanzas River is a bonus. However, in my opinion, it needs renovations and should offer better amenities.

Loved our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The rooms were recently renovated/updated, very clean and quiet. The location along the water and the Bridge of Lions provided scenic easy walking access to Historic Downtown St. Augustine. The happy hour and amazing hot breakfast completed our wonderful stay - we’ll definitely be back!
