Living space and layout
This oceanfront condo offers an open concept layout designed to bring the scenery indoors. Large windows invite natural light and sweeping ocean views into the living area, creating a comfortable place to gather, relax, or enjoy the changing colors of the sky. A TV with standard cable provides easy entertainment after a day at the beach.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and four beds. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ocean views, private balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed and trundle along with multiple work desks, offering flexible sleeping and workspace options. Two bathrooms serve the home, including the ensuite in the primary bedroom.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals, and the dining table creates a comfortable spot for shared breakfasts, dinners, or casual planning before a day out. Nearby laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living and beach access
The covered lanai offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the ocean air while looking out across the water. Just steps away, a beach access path leads directly to the sands of Crescent Beach. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for easy beach days. A patio or balcony offers additional outdoor space to enjoy the coastal setting.

Amenities and building features
Guests have access to a pool within the community and benefit from free parking on premises - 2 spaces. The building includes an elevator for easy access to the condo. Inside, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace help create a comfortable environment whether you're relaxing or working remotely.
