Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private lanai access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, dedicated workspace, and ample closet space. The third bedroom is ideal for families or additional guests, furnished with a twin daybed and trundle along with multiple work desks. Soft linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage are provided throughout.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking basics. A full dining table gives everyone space to gather for shared meals. The in-unit washer and dryer are a welcome convenience for longer stays, keeping towels and clothes fresh throughout your trip.
 
Bathrooms
Both full bathrooms feature walk-in showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Hair dryer and hot water are included, along with essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper.
 
Outdoor & beach access
The private covered lanai is your front-row seat to the Atlantic - perfect for morning sunrises, evening breezes, or simply watching the waves. A direct beach access path leads you straight onto Crescent Beach, where your stay also includes beach towels and beach chairs.

Guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, a free parking for 2 vehicles, and an elevator for easy building access. Located near the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, you're well positioned to explore the area's landmarks, dining, and culture between beach days.
