This was our second stay at one of Len & Kristy’s properties. The location is great, it is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is well-maintained. The kitchen has lots of supplies. Beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was also nice, with a lot of people out walking. It was an easy walk to the beach and the beach wagon to carry it was great. The puzzles and games were also a nice touch.The only thing that I noticed was that the listing showed a hot tub as one of the amenities, but we did not see one on the property. We did not inquire about it, as it was not a huge deal for us. It may have been in one of the garages but, again, it was not a big enough deal for us to inquire about it. All in all, it was a great stay and being able to have the dog stay with us made it even better.

Relaxing beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.

Amazing property

These hosts provide an absolutely perfect place to stay, for both humans and dogs! It is a quick walk to the beach and Old A1A which has tons of options to eat. The property is VERY clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and they even set you up with a bottle of Prosecco! I’ll be seeking out their properties next year!

Short getaway

The place was very nice , clean and quiet. The neighbor was very friendly. He even shared some Seminole pumpkin seeds. We will definitely visit again. Hopefully a week next time to see all the sites St. Augustine has to offer.

We love this property. This was our 4th time staying here. It is so peaceful and comfortable. Always clean and bright. Quick walk to the beach and amazing restaurants (two of our favorites!) also within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Florida vacation

2nd year we’ve stayed here, love it. Area is laid back, great restaurants, & the beach is AMAZING!! The hosts are great. One very hot day our code to the lock wouldn’t work. Texted them & they came very quickly to put in new batteries. Very nice people. Going again next year.
