The concierge Tee, was extremely kind, and welcoming, he received us with champagne, since we were celebrating our Anniversary. The room needs renovation. There were a couple of things really wrong with it. Te reason with didnt make a fussnabout it is because we only stayed one night.

The decorations were gorgeous! The bar was very nice and the food was excellent! Trolley pick up right out front and convenient to all shopping. A beautiful property!

One of the coolest places we've stayed. Starbucks in Hotel on corner, full size. Beautiful architecture all around. Great food within walking distance. Hotel staff surprised us after dinner with champagne on ice, chocolate covered strawberries and card signed by everyone all from a quick passing convo where "honeymoon" was mentioned lol. Love it

The hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping within walking distance. All of the staff were lovely. The pool/gym could use some attention but were still fine. The shower handle in our room was a little wonky but again not a big deal. We didn’t eat at the restaurants but they looked busy. The valets were fast and super nice. They even told us about the golf club associated with the hotel and my husband and son played and loved it. As a mom, traveling with my husband and two kids, what matters the most is the location, comfort for sleeping, safety, and if my kids have fun. The staff could not have been nicer to my 12 and 13 year children. They enjoyed the pool and had a great time.

It was an amazing experience. Lots of museums, fascinating history. It is recommended to use the place when it is cooler. Beautiful hotel, the design suits the place, the staff is kind and professional, everything we asked for we got and quickly. Large and spacious room, clean, well-kept and beautiful. Highly recommend.
