The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Right down to the valet. Fair warning, it's an additional $50/day. The rooms were spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location is hard to beat as well.

I had a bad experience ever at this hotel. They did not have the room I booked available. They offered me a credit for the valet parking (worth of $40 per night) and then they proceed to charge my card for those 40$ per night. I left one day earlier because of the unpleasant experience and after arriving home I found out that they have made an additional charge of over $400 to my card. I called them and they claimed to be a system error. What was supposed to be a Happy Year End experience became a nightmare!
