Irresistible 3/2 beach home just steps from the ocean. This house boasts a giant sun deck with breathtaking views of the ocean. The backyard also has a lighted hot tub along with lights underneath the sun deck and a fire pit for nighttime fun. The inside is spacious, kid-friendly, with a large living room, open kitchen area and separate family room. The neighborhood is private with only one entrance in or out and it also hosts a wide, open walkway out to the beach. This house is great for everyone from singles, couples, small or large families! Can sleep up to 9 people on conventional beds, however we can accommodate up to 13 if the fold out sofa beds and Cordaroy Bean Bag are used!! Please note the fourth bedroom/bonus room has a set of bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top) which is only accessible from the outside rear of the house.
