I was really looking forward to this property being on the beach and the pictures with high ratings. Unfortunately the unit was really gross, very old, and not what I expected especially for the money paid. I do understand what it means to be in Florida but when there are literal cockroaches on the handle of the refrigerator and in the refrigerator, which I have pictures and videos to prove, and the water has zero pressure, the bathtub is stained, and the floor feels oily and grimy, it just kind of makes me wonder. We tried calling the front desk several times for which I also have call logs and we're not able to get through to anybody with the issues. The one day I did talk to somebody, they promise to be available later but when we return from being off site, there was no one available at the office either. Unfortunately the bed was so saggy rest was almost impossible, so this was not the rejuvenating beach experience that we had hoped. I will say that the check-in staff was kind so that was nice but that was before we even encountered the dirty unit. I did chat with VRBO to try to rectify the situation and request a partial refund but have not received an update on this either. I would probably opt to stay at a hotel over this property ever again.
