Inside, the home opens into a warm, welcoming layout built for togetherness. The living room offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen streaming TV, ideal for winding down after a day on the coast. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps the whole group online.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full sit-down meals, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishware you need. A generous dining table brings everyone together for meals worth lingering over.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 5 beds, giving families and groups the space to spread out and settle in comfortably. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are all provided, so you can pack light and arrive ready to relax.

Three full bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly for the whole group. Each is stocked with essentials, and a bathtub and hair dryer are available on-site.

Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Matanzas Inlet, a well-regarded local spot for a great catch.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
