- Matthew's property perfectly suited our needs, including accommodating our dog Romeo. Our son came and stayed for one night and the extra bedroom worked out perfectly. The backyard firepit area was big fun-we grilled steaks and lit a fire and gathered with other family visiting the area. Very shorty walk to the beach and plenty of cool food options close by. We will definitely be back!

Great location!!! Super quick walk to beach and other stores/restaurants. Publix 5 min drive away. We drove into down town a few times 10-15 mins.Place was clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Parking is a plus! Quiet street, very walkable. Overall lovely place- has everything you need!

We stayed 3 weeks. The place was so cute and comfortable. There were many bars and restaurants in walking distance so we early had to drive. The host was very responsive to one little issue we had. Will definitely be back!

Owner was very responsive, check in/out was easy. I slept so good in the master bedroom..the bed was so nice. Kids had room and living room. Kitchen well stocked. Small walk to the beach. Owner leaves a wagon and chairs which I really appreciated. We look forward to coming again. Good value for price!

Nice little cottage

We went to St Augustine for a concert at the amphitheater and spent the weekend enjoying the beach and the town. Everything is so close , easy to get to and a great neighborhood. Beach is a short walk and love that it’s dog friendly and such a great spot for walking , cottage is comfortable and has basically everything you need.
