The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast out on the back patio was excellent. The only problem I had was a group of other guests who came in late and continued their loud conversations in the hallway.

The owner is so friendly, and stopped to chat with my husband and I for quite a while. The house is beautiful, the courtyard quaint and pretty. It is so close to everything and very walkable. We parked our car and havent had to use it since we arrived. Absolutely recommend staying here, we will be back!

B&B was right in the heart of the historic district of St. Augustine. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Did not use our car at all during our stay. Room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Lots of stairs to second floor. Weekend breakfast was special. Very friendly owner and staff.

This is a delightful historic property right in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was delicious, the room spotless and clean, and the host Ryan was amazing. I would stay here again. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable. Only slight setback was the ac was central and got a bit warm at times. Overall, an excellent spot to stay! Highly recommend.

Charming Inn

The bed was very comfortable. Had a nice walk-in shower. AC worked good. The parking was close. The location is excellent. Breakfast was very good. There were a few small things that need repair or improvement. The ground fault receptacle by the bathroom sink is broken.There were no spoons at the coffee station upstairs. The paper with the Wi-Fi password was inside one of the night stands We didn't find it until we were packing to leave. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.
